Scheduling Appointments
Booking consultations at least 8 weeks before your travel is highly recommended for a thorough health assessment and timely vaccination.
Appointment bookings can be made by calling the centre during office hours. Alternatively, you can initiate your appointment request by clicking here to access the government e-form. Please note that submitting the form does not automatically confirm your appointment. We require a valid local phone number provided in the form to discuss available slots and finalize the booking.
If your travel is urgent, especially to regions at risk of yellow fever transmission, please provide comprehensive details, including your travel destination, departure date, flight ticket or itinerary, and any other relevant information. This will facilitate the appointment booking process.

Yellow Fever Vaccinations
We are the only authorized provider of yellow fever vaccinations in Hong Kong. It is important to understand that a vaccination cannot be administered without a prior consultation. All clients must undergo a pre-vaccination consultation with our medical professionals. This consultation is necessary to evaluate your health and plan your vaccination appropriately.

Charges and Payment
All our services, including consultations, vaccinations, and medications, are subject to charges. We accept payments in cash, cheque or FPS. For a detailed list of charges, please refer to our charge list.
For Urgent Travel and Destinations Not at Risk of Yellow Fever Transmission
If your travel is urgent and to a destination where yellow fever vaccination is not required, you may seek pre-travel health assessments and vaccinations at private hospitals (select Private Hospital for ‘PHF type’) or private travel health clinics. For reference, visit the International Society's Travel Medicine's website for a directory of private travel health clinics, select 'Hong Kong' as the location and click the search button.
